Hey y’all

As some of you may know I guest appeared on a podcast called My Lotus Moments by Hope In Her.   Hope In Her is a platform of healing for Women of Color who have experienced trauma.  They talk about everyday issues from dating to mental health. During this two part episode, Hope in Her founder (and my sorority sister) Hope Coleman and I chatted about dating and being single during the holidays!!

We discuss everything from gift giving to depression.  It is funny and informative.  A great listen for rush hour or the road trip home for the holidays!!!  Check it out below!!!
